Tele-medicine is a service provided by Well Kid’s Clinics to virtually connect patients with their doctors/specialists from the comfort of their homes.
Remember that:
- Tools used in the tele-medicine clinic are MOH approved.
- Information required by the doctor/specialist is for informational purposes and is only used for the benefit of the patient and to result in a better examination/treatment results.
- The information provided is safely stored and not shared with anyone.
- This service is not for emergency cases, so please if you have an emergency reach out to the nearest ER.

Appointments can be booked everyday, except Fridays, between 4:30 pm and 9:30 pm

Payment Method
Payments for the online clinic can be done through bank transfer to Well Kid’s Clinic Bank account provided upon completing the booking process.
Terms And Conditions
– In order to confirm your appointment, payment should be completed within the following two hours after booking. Otherwise, your booked appointment is cancelled.
– Duration of the online session vary depending on the type of the appointment i.e. consultation, assessment or treatment
– If the patient doesn’t show up, the appointment is considered cancelled and no refund for the payment.
– Rescheduling and refundable cancellation is only accepted 48 hours before the appointment.
